Raspberry Pi with 15khz RGB Scart output via Pi2Jamma

I was asked quite often if a 15khz Scart output for the Raspberry Pi can be made. The 15 khz video output RGB scart is generated via gpio,  forwarded to Pi2Jamma and the Supergun-MAK-Strike provides neogeo ports and scart interface.
